What are the Listening Sessions?

The listening sessions vary by design depending on the culture of the community it is being facilitated by and who is organizing the sessions. Through regionally specific processes, we ask individuals, nonprofits representatives, and community leaders to gather around strategic and targeted issue areas to listen, learn, and create solutions to different forms of violence or community harm. This is a community based model to further democratize the election and decision making processes.
