History of Program
Since 2009 Dr Crystallee Crain has trained over 1200 professionals across the country in violence prevention strategies. To expand our efforts we have altered the structure of the program to allow for more flexibility and creativity in our approach.
In 2014 we partnered with the California State University-East Bay Continuing Education Department for the East Bay (CA) program. In 2015 we received funding from Akonadi foundation and the People's Life Fund. 2016 marks an elevation of our message and the expansion of our training platform. We are expanding to Flint, Michigan where we will conduct 1/2 and day long trainings.
In 2020 we have developed the CATALYST limited series volume to commemorate 10 years of violence prevention efforts nationwide.
