Our trauma-informed trainings and social-determinants-informed program designs respect clinical standards and confidentiality while elevating community-defined health priorities. By embedding community navigators and co-created evaluation metrics, we ensure interventions are both clinically defensible and rooted in the experiences of those most harmed by systemic inequities.
